Bonisiwe Mdletshe’s bakery is probably the most astute business woman we have had on our community leader programme. She runs great marketing campaigns, has a good client base, plans for expanding and a solid business woman. She has also (we have just learned) started a local NGO focused on supporting young single moms and has all her “ducks in a row” - very impressive young lady.

Bonisiwe literally admits to waking up in the morning thinking about her next great cake creation. Bonisiwe is not just a baker, but an artist. Her cake and baking business supports a range of community projects including providing bread for free to a local orphanage and training other young women in the art of baking.
